Hi There!
There are about 6 steps involved in making your Snapchat stories into vlogs.
Step 1: Plan a fun adventure!

Step 2: Capture as much of the traveling or event as you can in snaps. You can save each one along the way OR you can save it at the end of the event/day with the save snap story option.
*Make sure all the snaps were actually saved in one file. It will be a video file with more than 10 seconds*

Step 3: Upload the video to your computer. You can email the file to yourself, which takes a lifetime OR you can plug your phone up with the USB cord.
For an iPhone hook it up to a MAC for the quickest upload. Never tried to upload my iPhone files to a PC.
For an Android hook it up to a PC for the quickest upload. You could also take out the SD card and upload the files that way. To upload the files to a MAC you will have to have the compatibility software downloaded first.
Step 4: Put the file on your desktop. This will make it easy to find to upload to Youtube and other social media outlets. It may have a different first image than in the folder, but should say .m4v as the file extension.

Step 5: Upload video to Youtube, Facebook or Wherever else.
For Youtube: Log into your Youtube account and click Upload. It will give you the option to drag and drop files. Drag your file from the desktop over into the section.

It may take a second to see the file actually loading.

While it is processing you can write the Title, Description and tags.

After that, you are free to click publish OR you can do the optional step number 6.
For Facebook: Log into your account. Go to new status and click Picture/Video. Facebook doesn’t have a time limit on videos so you can upload it as is. iPhone video may look blurry on youtube though.
Step 6: Add Custom Thumbnail and Edit Video.
Take an image from the adventure and make it a thumbnail. This will entice people to click and watch. I used picmonkey to make this:

Once you have your thumbnail you can click on the custom thumbnail option at the far right of thumbnails. It takes a few seconds to load. When you are done you can click publish.

After you click publish it should look like this:

You could edit the video by adding additional clips, photos and music in the Video Manager or Creator Studio.
Let me know if this was helpful!
